All our rowers put on a strong performance at the competition this week. Congratulations to W2 for coming 1st in their division! All crews made it to the quarter-finals or later, which is no easy task, and so should be very proud of themselves. More details on the results can be found here, (M1+, M2+, M3+, W1+, W2+).
Lent Term 2013
Lent Bumps – 26th Feb to 2nd March
Congratulations to W1 for rowing over every day to retain the Lents headship! There was fierce competition every day, and so this week demonstrated their hard work and training for the race. Similarly, M1 did very well to row over every day to keep their standing at 2nd on the river. W2 did very well to bump twice and move up into the second division – brilliant performance from them. M2 narrowly avoided getting spoons by rowing over on Day 4, so well done to them too.

Easter Term 2013
May Bumps – 12th to 15th June
A really strong week for all the crews at May Bumps. It’s unfortunate that the double headship was taken away by Clare and Caius on Day 4, but everyone put in a tremendous showing and so should be proud. W2 retain their standing in the second division, as well as M2, despite obtaining spoons from being bumped every day. We were also very lucky to enter an M3 and M4 crew which put up a really good row – well done to them too.
